We love coming here any time we’re in town! Consistently good coffee, matcha and gluten free breakfast options. I send all my friends here when they’re in town!

Prophet Coffee is the real deal, a cafe/roastery that every city in the world should strive for. The vibe in here is immaculate, the service was friendly, the barista was kind, intelligent and gracious enough to talk shop, process and answered all my inane questions (and wore a Cro Mags shirt - hell yeah!). The aesthetic is deliberate - plant based milks only (A+), and it all works so well. It is inspiring to see a small business grow from a van into a coffee shop. We were only in town for three days, and I made my family come in multiple times (twice in one day!). We had all of the specials, and then their new summer specials, and the pulled espresso was top notch. I bought beans to go and will most likely order some online. I wish I didn't live 1000 miles away, because I would spend all of my time and money here. Parking lot is small and fills up fast, so be aware! Lovely spot, will travel again to visit.

Orange blossom mocha smells amazing and is delicious. Exploring new coffee shops and this one is a good find. Service was excellent

Best coffee in CHS. Their beans are freshly roasted, very fresh, and perfect medium blend. Drinks aren’t too sweet either, just slightly to get all flavors across. Focaccia bread may be top 3 I’ve ever had with good crispy outside but perfectly doughy soft and moist inside. Great herby flavors. So much seating, and fast service !!

This was a gem of a find for delicious coffees,teas and homemade pastries. They roast the coffee beans on site to acquire the perfect balance of various blends. They use plant based milks in the coffees. A must try is the cold brew with coconut milk. Their delicious pastries are made on property. I highly recommend the avocado toast and homemade muffins. I wish there was a Prophet Coffee shop in my area. If you stop in, tell them Debbie sent you!

Decaf espresso. The shot was well balanced with a very slight note of bitterness that sat well on the tongue. It didn’t have many sweet notes but the flavor was top notch. Nicely done. Decaf Cappuccino: the coffee was great. The foam could use some improvement. The bubbles were too large and didn’t have the silky texture on the tongue. No art attempt. It tasted good but the foam was a let down. Pastry was good and went well with the coffee. The vibe is rustic and a very young crowd. Fun and vibrant with some coffee shop appropriate chill music. Pet peeve, only paper cups. Such a good espresso should be in a real cup with some water to finish it off. Thanks guys for an excellent espresso, and decaf at that!

Love Prophet Coffee! I was visiting back home a couple of months ago and I walked to the shop and their staff were so welcoming. Chatted a bit about the brownie beans they were selling and it tasted great. I also purchasess a cortado and I really haven’t had a better tasting cortado since. I also love how they have the coffee truck inside the store which they also make drinks from. Oh and they had this food offering that was similar to cornbread but much more tastier. This place is just overall great and friendly. Very welcoming to everyone. Can’t wait to visit again!

We were driving back to our Airbnb when I noticed Prophet and immediately knew it was a coffee shop. We decided to stop by this morning, and I’m so glad we did. We had the Brownie Pour Over, Iced Latte with Brown Sugar, and the Coconut Cold Brew, and everything was delicious. You can tell they use high-quality coffee beans. We’re coffee lovers and even have an espresso machine at home, so we’ve definitely done our research! 😄 The aesthetic, atmosphere, and ambiance were all on point. The space felt welcoming, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. This is the kind of coffee shop that makes you want to linger a little longer. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!

Phenomenal coffee, great environment, convenient location and super friendly baristas! The batch brew here is maybe the best I’ve ever had. It’s fruity, chocolatey, and bursting with flavor. The lattes are delicious, and offered in decaf if that’s your mojo. Syrups are fresh and tasty. Didn’t try the baked goods but they look fun.
